This is a bit south of Butte, Montana, up in the Deer Lodge Beaverton National forest at an elevation of 7200 feet and the temperature did not get above 50 degrees……brrrrr……we were so glad to have our cushy rolling cabin.

Check out this website for the description of the bike ride we did yesterday. The tunnel was where we started and it was like riding through an ice box-not to mention the headlamps we were using were so dim that it was a bit surreal…the day was beautiful and we did quite well for a couple of old farts riding 20 miles. Next post will include some pictures 😉
